How booking works on this site, and the cancellation terms that apply to each journey and escape.

How booking works
Journeys and escapes are booked in the booking window that opens on this site, which is provided by Adventuro. The details of your booking, including the dates, the price and the terms you accept, are shown there before you confirm.
Request to book. For Majestic Morocco, Marrakech & the Sahara, Tangier to Marrakech, Romantic Medina & Balloon Escape, you send a request with your dates and party size, and the team confirms the arrangements with you before the booking is final.
Book. For The Imperial Cities, Morocco as a Family, VIP Balloon Flight, Sunrise Balloon & Agafay Night, Marrakech by Private Car, A Private Day in Essaouira, you choose a date and pay in the booking window.
A tailor-made request sent through the planning form is not a booking. It becomes one only when we have agreed an itinerary and a price with you.
Prices and currency
Each price is shown in the currency its journey is sold in (USD or EUR) and is charged in that currency. We do not convert prices on this site. What each price includes and excludes is listed on the journey's own page.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms differ from one journey to another. These are the terms for each, exactly as they are set for the booking:

| Romantic Medina & Balloon Escape | Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before departure. 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours before departure. No refund within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows. Hot air balloon and some third-party services may be non-refundable once confirmed. |

Changes to an itinerary
Hotels named on a journey's page are the usual stays for that route. Where the page says so, the team confirms the exact properties with you when you book.
